The Core Module CM-BF561 is optimized for performance and parallel data processing. The module integrates processor, RAM, flash and power supply at a size of 31 x 36 mm! It is based on the high performance ADSP-BF561 from Analog Devices. The CM-BF561 is available for commercial temperature range. It addresses 64 MByte SDRAM via its 32 bit wide SDRAM bus and has an on-board NOR-flash of 8 MByte. The Core Module offers the developer several digital interfaces such as UART, 2 x PPI, SPI, I²C and numerous GPIOs. These interfaces are building in combination with the high performance dual core embedded processor and the high capacity on-board flash, a perfect basis for high performance application engineering.
