Fair and honest behaviour

Correct behaviour is of great importance for BECOM and for each individual employee. Legal, internal and external regulations must be complied with by all employees at all our locations. Fair and honest behaviour is a prerequisite for all business activities. We expect the same from our business partners.

Human rights and human dignity are respected and protected.

No one in the company may engage in unlawful practices (e.g. price fixing) that could distort competition.

BECOM has drawn up and trained binding rules of behaviour and had them signed by each individual employee. Gifts, benefits or invitations must not influence business decisions.

BECOM does not finance political parties or political persons.

All employees are obliged to treat internal company information confidentially and not to pass it on to anyone outside the company. This also applies in particular to personal data in the context of data protection.

There is no forced labour at BECOM. All employees work for the company of their own free will.

A zero-tolerance policy against discrimination on religious, cultural, ethnic or other grounds ensures that any offence committed by employees at any level will be prosecuted under labour law.

Child labour is strictly rejected at BECOM. The only employees under the age of 18 are trainees, interns and young people who complete taster days with us.
